I have had my license 3 plus years not using it .I had been searching for something not finding what I wanted .The Realtor fees at many places are so expensive especially when your not doing business and working part time .I decided to do rentals and referrals yet here in Mass noone really encourages this ,its buyer or seller agent .So when I found Realty Connect I was excited and then when I read about how you can park your license for 100.00 a year and be able to do referrals in all 50 states I was very interested. With the high interest rates, my real estate business suffered. With the new year, I had to pay my multiple MLS dues along with my Realltor dues and brokerage monthly dues totaling roughly $1200.
