I have had my license 3 plus years not using it .I had been searching for something not finding what I wanted .The Realtor fees at many places are so expensive especially when your not doing business and working part time .I decided to do rentals and referrals yet here in Mass noone really encourages this ,its buyer or seller agent .So when I found Realty Connect I was excited and then when I read about how you can park your license for 100.00 a year and be able to do referrals in all 50 states I was very interested. I joined and I cannot be more excited I did. I already have 3 referrals I am just waiting for them to give me the green light .And I can finally make use of my license without all those expensive fees .I look forward to and am finally excited to make use of my license without all the extra cost .I constantly have people ask me if Im still doing real estate and have had to say Im not with a company .Now I can say I am .So Thank You Realty Connect Im excited to see where things go . With the high interest rates, my real estate business suffered. With the new year, I had to pay my multiple MLS dues along with my Realltor dues and brokerage monthly dues totaling roughly $1200. That is something I did not want to do. When my customer care person at my brokerage mentioned Realty Connect, I joined right away.. I just started & can’t wait to start the training.
