I obtained my real estate license during the error of the housing market crash. I did my homework and came across a broker who explained to me about the referral process. I signed up and realized this was a better fit for me since I worked during the day. I live in a rural area, and I found it hard to find someone to accept referrals in the rural areas. Therefore, I lost a few referrals and became more and more unhappy about that. So, I decided to find another avenue and came across Realty Connect. After researching them, I decided if I'm going to make a change, now is the time.After contacting them things started rolling from there. I decided Realty Connect was different from the current brokerage company I was with. Different how, you ask. Well, once I initiated the 10-phone call with an acting managing broker, I was liking what I was hearing. And of course, the main question I asked was, "how will Realty Correct assist with referrals in the rural area? My answer was, "we provide 3 Realtor's in every zip code." I was sold. Of course, there were other questions and concerns I had prior to signing up and the more I asked within that 10-minute window, the more I was happy with what I was hearing.
